This ensures that while the overlay is 100% visible on your physical screen, it is strictly excluded from all virtual display capture surfaces.

The guarantee applies to a session CareerJailbreak reported as Stealth Armed — the app probes your machine before every session and arms only once both checks confirm the overlay is excluded from capture. That state is recorded against the session, so you never have to prove it. It covers all standard screen-sharing modes across the following verified conference platforms:

It does not cover: sessions you ran after the app reported it could not verify invisibility and you chose to continue, which it warns you about and records; anything recording your physical display, such as a camera pointed at your screen or a capture card on your monitor output, since the operating system removes the overlay from screen sharing and not from a photograph of your monitor; remote-desktop sessions, where another machine draws your screen; and proctoring or monitoring software that captures below the display layer, about which we make no undetectability claim at all.

2. How to Claim Your Refund

If you experience any capture leak during an active interview session, follow these simple steps to claim an immediate 100% refund:

2. Provide Verification Material: Attach the screen share recording link, video snippet, or timestamp where the overlay was visible to the interviewer.
3. Engineering Audit: Our security and engineering team will review the capture logs and recording within 24 hours.
4. Instant Credit: Once verified, 100% of your payment will be refunded directly to your original payment method (UPI / Credit Card / NetBanking via Razorpay / Stripe).

3. General Refund Eligibility Terms

In addition to our Invisibility Guarantee, the following standard terms apply to all CareerJailbreak purchases:

• Technical Incompatibility: If your system hardware or OS environment cannot run the CareerJailbreak desktop application and our engineering support is unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours, you are entitled to a full refund.
• Unused Pass Grace Period: If you purchased any paid pass and have not launched any live copilot session and have not received your LinkedIn, Naukri and Indeed profile rebuild, and no applications have been submitted on your behalf, you may request a no-questions-asked refund within 3 days of purchase. Once the profile rebuild has been delivered to you, it is yours to keep permanently, so the pass is no longer unused and this grace period no longer applies.
• Delivered Services: The LinkedIn, Naukri and Indeed profile rebuild is prepared personally for you and delivered as written work you keep. Once delivered it cannot be returned, and it is excluded from discretionary refunds. Refunds requested before delivery are unaffected.
• Submitted Applications: Applications we submit on your behalf, and the resume rewriting done for each one, are work performed personally for you and recorded as they are sent. Once an application has been submitted it cannot be withdrawn from an employer's system by us, so submitted applications are excluded from discretionary refunds. Refunds requested before the first application is submitted are unaffected.
• Fair Use & Non-Abuse: To prevent fraud, accounts that have actively completed over 50% of their plan's allocated interview sessions or extracted full question repositories are not eligible for general discretionary refunds unless covered under the Screen-Share Invisibility Guarantee.

4. Technical Incompatibility & Early-Stage Performance Resolution

CareerJailbreak is an actively evolving AI-powered platform. If you experience any of the following issues during the first 14 days of purchase, you may be eligible for a full refund:

• System Incompatibility: If your hardware or OS environment cannot run the CareerJailbreak desktop application and our engineering support team is unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours of your initial support request.
• Persistent Performance Degradation: If the application consistently fails to deliver core functionality (e.g., real-time transcription, AI response generation, or overlay rendering) due to verified platform-side issues (not local network or hardware constraints), and our team cannot resolve it within 72 hours.
• Audio Capture Failure: If system audio or microphone capture cannot be established on your specific hardware configuration after following our troubleshooting guide and receiving direct engineering support.
