2. System Requirements & Hardware Prerequisites
For optimal performance of the CareerJailbreak desktop application and real-time interview copilot, the following minimum system requirements are recommended:

The software is provided on an “AS-IS” and “AS-AVAILABLE” basis. CareerJailbreak expressly disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected within any specific timeframe.

CareerJailbreak is classified and operates as an interactive career simulation, interview coaching, real-time knowledge retrieval, and speech-to-text transcription platform. It is designed to help candidates prepare for and navigate professional interviews through AI-assisted reference material, mock practice, and real-time transcription.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of CareerJailbreak complies with your prospective employer's assessment policies, honor codes, non-disclosure agreements, and applicable local laws (including audio recording consent statutes). CareerJailbreak does not encourage or endorse any violation of employer-specific interview guidelines.
6. No Guarantee of Employment or Outcomes
CareerJailbreak makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding:
- Whether you will pass any specific interview round or assessment
- Whether you will receive a job offer from any employer
- The specific compensation, role level, or benefits you may be offered
- The accuracy of salary estimations or market data referenced in the platform
Hiring decisions rest solely and exclusively with prospective employers. Interview outcomes depend on numerous factors beyond the scope of any preparation tool, including interviewer subjectivity, role-specific requirements, team headcount, and macroeconomic conditions.
7. Audio Processing & Privacy
CareerJailbreak processes audio streams in real-time for speech-to-text transcription purposes. Audio data is processed ephemerally in-memory and is not permanently stored on our servers unless you explicitly opt in to session recording features. Users in jurisdictions with two-party or all-party audio recording consent laws must ensure they have obtained appropriate consent from all participants before enabling audio capture features. CareerJailbreak disclaims all liability for unauthorized recording or privacy violations by users.
